and the generations before them used. Our food represents our culture and family tradition. The recipes we use originate from our state of Guanajuato Mexico, due to its geographical location there has been a culmination and mixing of the ingredients. It is a mixture of Spanish, Mestizo, and Creole cultures. This combination brings ingenuity to the creation of our delicious platters.
